My 1995 Country Coach motorhome was towed to this location on March 18, 2026 for a starting problem. Their diagnosis expanded the job into the engine charging system, transmission controller, alternator, and batteries across two work orders totaling $11,714.97. I brought my RV to Cummins to replace an AC fan belt due to normal wear and age, and unfortunately the entire experience was frustrating from start to finish. The first issue happened before I even arrived. The GPS directions provided led me to the back side of the facility into a dead end while I was towing. I had no choice but to disconnect my tow vehicle and turn the RV around in a very difficult area. In hindsight, this should have been a major red flag.
