I called service 4 times over 3 days and no one answered, left voicemail for call back. Still no call back 5 days later. Called Cummins in Albany GA and they answered immediately. Luckily my travels in my RV took me near Albany. They fixed my problem. I question how Cummins Ft Myers (right by where I live) stays in business with customer service like that.
Press 2 for service and dream on. Do they have caller ID? Do they call people back? Do they care if you’re on hold for 10 minutes with a dumb message saying to leave a VM and someone might care? $5000 horrible units with zero service. Nice!

Highly recommend and very grateful for the Cummins Service Center in Fort Myers. I have a mobile Veterinary Hospital which uses a generator every day as I work in Naples. I have my oil changed here every couple of months. I used to live in Salt Lake and had the same service completed while I was there. NO COMPARISON!! Ft. Myers Cummins gets me in and out quickly. The waiting area is clean offering coffee and internet. Bathrooms are clean. A quiet place to wait for my oil change. The staff are all very helpful and SMILE!! Nic... read more
