the workers are very rude!
They never have it together non of them have ever ever turned a wrench
I cannot communicate enough what a wonderful experience it was dealing with this Cummins facility. Michael, the Branch Manager, told me to come right in. He was always available, and kept me posted on the progress of repairs throughout the day. When he wasn't immediately available by phone, he called back within 5 minutes.
