I had an issue with my Spartan chassis not leveling properly. Set up an appointment with Jackie to get this issue addressed and my coach serviced. I stayed in the coach several nights using the onsite RV hookups while the work was performed. Jason kept me updated and informed on the progress of the repairs and service. I found the the fees to be reasonably priced and I'm very happy with the professional service that I received. I would recommend Cummins Joplin to anyone needing RV service and repairs.

We had a motor home engine failure while passing through Joplin. There were a lot of moving pieces and I don't want to get into too many details, but I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. My main POC was Jackie and she kept me updated through the good and bad news. I never met or spoke with her techs, but they did the work and it turned out great. Thanks Jackie, you made our day.
