Memorial Day weekend. Saturday. Cummins proprietary part. Tyler was working on his personal vehicle, he called Mike, delivered the part. Their competition in Williston wanted a $200 call out fee. Many thanks gentlemen!
DO NOT USE THIS SHOP! Cummins recommended a coolant flush on my ISL 8.9, but did not remove all of the flush and left water in my radiator system. Cummins coolant is premixed and if done properly will last 100,000 miles. In 2 years my turbo actuator rusted and failed. If the flush were done properly rust would not have been able to form in the system. Cummins refused any responsibility. Do not use this shop!
So far so good got right in for a minor repair
By far the worst customer service anywhere you get truck parts. DO NOT STOP HERE! Don should not be in customer service, put him in the warehouse. Don does not want to lift a finger, he is completely lazy. Don is a grouch every time I walk in this place. Don does not believe in fair business practices, he wants favors from everyone but will give nothing in return, very selfish.
