I called looking for a carburetor for my generator and Wade helped find which one I needed and they had it in stock. I couldn’t be there before they closed and he worked with my schedule and got me the part that night on his own time! Above and beyond customer service!!!
To make a long story short, waiting in lobby for a 1/2 hr to pick up my generator which, they didn't look at it till I got there after waiting a week. Front desk guy went back twice. Most likely talking with tech to Charge me 3 hrs for a 1/2 " quick " diagnose.
