Our Onan generator came with our new RV. Nothing but problems from the start. Had a major failure while under warranty. It was like pulling teeth to get the work completed. There were three obvious mistakes made which I fixed myself. Incompetent staff. The same part failed shortly afterwards however we were out of warranty. $5,000 to repair. We told them to keep it and installed a Lithium. Stay away from Onan and it's repair facilities.
Our RV generator was malfunctioning, it had a 3 year warranty with Cummins Sales and Service (from a different branch). We came to this Charlotte location to get it serviced still under warranty We sat waiting for over 2 hours (which nobody told us how long it would take). This was supposed to be a relatively thorough and longer procedure to repair this, however, they finally took in our RV and looked at it for 5 minutes and told us it was fixed There was absolutely no transparency in any of this: the time to wait, the proce... read more
Bad service . I've been there many times and I always receive poor service. The employees are unmotivated and lack knowledge.
