There is girl at Pakenham Cummins in Parts and she has no idea what she is doing. Please send her for more training or don’t get her to answer the phones. She doesn’t know how to deal with the customers.I think her name is Chresta. She didn’t wanted to give her name by the sound of her.

Amazing Service. Had an issue with a new motor imported from the U.S. on a Friday Spoke with customer service and then Drew(The Tech). A technician arrived on Monday morning, repaired the motor, completed all the paperwork, covered the repair under warranty. Thanks for the excellent customer service. Cameron ,Tyrolit Australia

This company has the right people on the team especially the field service division. I must say that Andrew is as professional as he is knowledgeable. I hope the senior management get to read this and somehow passed on to Andrew that he is a good representative for the company. The major point of difference is the high level knowledge base with the ability to complete a task upon the initial visit. We know who to ask for next time
