Terrible service. Took my 09 T800 in for issues with the emissions system. Was told I needed a new turbo and if that didn’t do then the trick a DOC.. both high dollars items.. they couldn’t give me their reasons to validate either part replacement. So as per their diagnosis and advice I’ve replace both components as well as completely rebuilt my engine and still had the same issues with the systems minus the blowby. Had a recall on my american built RV's Onan generator and found out that Cummins Ottawa would service the recall here in Ottawa. I was accompanied through the process by Ryan who worked with me so diligently!
