While I cannot speak for thier in shop staff I can say I was very impressed by their on site mechanic. He came out the same day and diagnosed my truck in a less than an hour. They delivered the parts he needed and he had me on the road that evening. I could tell that he really cared about my problem and stayed late to get me going and saved me from having to get towed.
I agree with the other comments regarding Greg Dodson. He is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever had to work with; his treatment of his staff is a discredit to the company. Other than him, I value Cummins as a company.
Greg Dodson the Service Super. is a foul mouthed individual. Apparently he thinks that using foul language in his work place is acceptable. Little does he know some of us do not wish to hear this type of language. Keep in mind some people dont use or like to hear you use this type of language.
