I called the toll free number to order parts which sent my call to the Harrisburg, PA location. I told the person over the phone the parts I needed and asked if they could be picked up at the Bristol, PA location. I was assured that I could pick them up there and that they have my parts needed in stock. I drove 1 1/2 hours to get there only to find out that they didn't have a part in stock after I was assured they did. The parts person tried to find the item in the warehouse but was unsuccessful.
