Always cordial. Very good doctor. Took care of my problems. Only drawback was the big number of people waiting to see her.
I do not recommend. Unfortunately this is the only ENT in Port Lavaca. If you really want to be treated properly as a patient should be, I would suggest anyone to go to Victoria or else where. Someone else had told me of their bad experience here ( I didn't believe them). BUT: no greeting , was charged for a follow up visit, unfriendly, kept waiting with no other patient in room, no acknowledgement while waiting, poor interpretation of referral with no attempt to correct issue, etc
