Very pleasant. Dr Lu & his nursing team are always very kind & caring
Very thorough. Took plenty of time to ask questions and research my issues. Excellent follow up from the doctor in the staff.
Dr. Lue is amazing! He listens to my concerns and helps me find solutions for my arthritis rather than telling me 'it's just your arthritis ' like I've been told by former doctors. He even suggested a YouTube page for exercises I can do on my own, rather than sending me to physical therapy which would have been much more expensive! He works well with my family doctor and dermatologist to make my health plan more complete.
First I got lost trying to find my new doctor, and was a little late getting to his office. After that everything went well.
