Broker said appointment is 4 in the morning, I arrived to delivery few hour early. Customer said delivery appointment is for 7 PM. Now customer receiving said they would work me in, but they didn’t even touch the truck load and I already being sitting on the dock for 3 hours waiting for them just to acknowledge me. I’m giving them zero stars if I can but unfortunately can’t do that.
