Rob was very responsive to my email asking for a quote to change over my old Brivis ducted gas heating, and came out to look at the job on the same day. He obviously has decades of experience and a good understanding of my requirements. He gave a fair price on the spot and his installer Michael was here within 2 days to install a new heating unit and controller. I wanted the base of the unit built up and re levelled and that wasn't a problem and was not an extra charge. Michael arrived early and had the new system installed ... read more
