Some of the staff are friendly and professional but I found some to be overbearing, pushy and not willing to meet our needs. If you choose to go with this firm I would not recommend working with Penny Cutt, she can be a bit rude and presumptuous which is not how I would expect a professional to carry themself. Also heard from other professionals that worked with her at another firm that she was just as difficult and rude.
