I have to be honest, I would’ve given these guys five stars every day for the last 10 years I’ve been using them for everything. Now they won’t return my phone call. I have left five messages in the last three weeks without a single acknowledgment. On top of that I have a vehicle that has shocks & struts under warranty through their shop and they need to be fixed, but nobody will call me. While driving my son back to Wittenberg University my truck broke down on a Sunday afternoon.. The tow truck driver recommended them and towed us there. Fortunately for us because the wonderful shop owner showed up have my son a ride to is dorm..the mechanics gave us an estimate for the work. They called me back the next day after much investigating they found the real problem and fixed it.. They are reliable and reasonable. So glad that if I was going to have a breakdown it was near them. I completely recommend them.
