Good service
I've had nothing but fast friendly service in the 4 or 5 times I've been in.
I would give it zero stars if I could. My partner went in to ask a simple question and the service worker was incredibly rude, dismissive and unwilling to help. We were met with attitude from the minute we walked through the door. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Go literally anywhere else.
Horrible front desk...belittling customers and basically declining work. Just witnessed possibly the worst customer service I've ever seen with another customer. Went to Ideal Small Engine on Berry st instead. Was in and out in minutes...friendly customer service and techs, very fair prices.
Service guy was just grumpy and doesn't care about you at all. Talks like youre a mechanic like you know what's going on. I understand there busy. But just wanted someone to look at something quickly. Instead you get berated and told to do it yourself. Sorry for wanting a professional opinion on my situation.
