Purchased a leaf blower kit from Cumming's this past June…400 dollars plus after tax. Three months in, and probably less than 5 hours use on the blower, the lock out switch started acting up. Simple warranty repair one would think. Yet, I brought them a brand new tool, that was in almost pristine condition, and was given back a unit with huge black smudge marks and numerous scuffs and scratches all over the housing. Went there to repair my grass trimmer. Because the the repair cost is expensive, I decided to buy a new one. Edward helped me in a very professional way. Very good customer service, compared to another place I was dealing with before. I dont want to mention the name. Its on Pembina Hwy. I will use this place for anything and everything related to small engines, repair/ new purchase in the future. Highly recommended.
The service is excellent. They know their stuff especially the older gentleman at the front desk.
I needed a part called a hex flange bearing for my rototiller. I went to my local small engine repair (they're very good too) and they found the part number however it was an item they had to order and it would be about 10 days for delivery. So I googled that part number and it was available on the "Big A" for $14.97 with about a 5 day delivery. Then I phoned Cummings.
