Very helpful and understanding of the disability needs and timing
We needed to get our van in ASAP to be looked at. Even though they had a full schedule they had me bring it in. Since it was a quick and easy fix they fixed before getting started on the rest of their vans.
Anytime we need a rental van with wheelchair accessibility, they are very accommodating with meeting our needs.
