RIPPED OFF/STOLEN MONEY - My 82 year old widowed mother put a $800 deposit for replacing windows. Work was never done, windows never delivered. Won small claims suit but Cummings Home still refuses to return the money. Will have to get sheriff's department involved. Be careful people this guy has stolen money from a poor, defensive elderly woman and must have done this more than once as he lists another case in his response - it is not my mother that he is referring to as he still has not made a single repayment to my mother... read more
He is a Con/ Thief. We found him on craigslist. He was suppose to do roof work for us. He asked for $2,400 in advance as he claimed he needs that money to buy material. While writing a check, i did mention to him that I`m little skeptical and worried if he does not show up next day. Guess what, he never showed up. it has been 2 weeks now since i gave him money. All my money gone!! We are suing him now in Milwaukee county.
