Great care
Only concerned about how high they can get the bill. Do not care about the patient. Have been going to them for 7 years with 2 kids and continues to get worse. Unwilling to put patient first. They are not interested in trying to keep current patients.
Parents beware!!! Will vacinate your kids without your Informed consent and will kick you out if you do not vaccinate your child so they can get their yearly bonuses from bluecross bluesheild. Yes this happened to my child. Yes it is a violation of GA law title 31. They take advantage of children on medicaid and force them to be vaxed or kicked out. We are always taken care of here, especially when it comes to any aspect of our children’s care, including help with referrals or anything we may need. Janice is who we normally see and she really cares about our kids!
We started going when we had our first baby in 2020. All my kids go here and we feel taken care of. Staff is helpful, nurse line responds in a timely manner, last min appointments for sick children are always available same day. We drive out of our way 45mins because we like our doctor and our kids like going - to an extent of course. Was shocked to find such negative reviews but I’m glad we have found a place that works for us.
