I have been going to CFBBC for a little over a year, and it has changed my life! I never knew what to do at a regular gym, and personal trainers are so expensive. Love my Fit Family!! CFBBC is an amazing place to work out! Love the coaches and all of my workout partners! I had surgery this summer and had to sit out for a few months, but all of the coaches were so helpful when I came back in helping me modify. Now I am back at it full force and love how they push me!!
