Their manager, Ariel, called to tell me they were not going to deliver my order because she claimed the address I gave them (residential & billing) did not match what the bank had on file. Funny thing is, they charged my card 3 days prior. When I brought this to her attention, she became belligerent, would not allow me to speak, and her verbal aggression reached such hostile levels that I was forced to end the call. I'm not sure what she was trying to accomplish, but if was losing a customer... great job!

The rocks are so beautiful. I appreciate that they delivered them where I needed it in my backyard and the delivery was fast with exceptional service.
Another fantastic delivery by Cummin - delivered fast and reliably - great communication and best delivery driver in the biz! His forklift skills are amazing. Deposited the sacks of mulch and compost/soil mix exactly where we wanted them.
