Truly terrible service left with no gas fire for 8-9 weeks ,did sort the heating but couldn't manage to leave the boiler fittings how they should be gauge's now sat at 45 degree angle , the company seems unable to answer a phone call but great at sending out your bills, we have been waiting for our coal effect gas fire to be fixed since November , apart from a man coming out and doing something so it worked twice then nothing , shoddy service , lost count of the number of times I have rang and been told it will be sorted out... read more
