Highly recommend. Had a burst pipe and a dramatic moment of water pouring through our kitchen ceiling. They answered on the first ring, were here within fifteen minutes and were very clear on costs from the outset. Was extremely grateful for their help.

Fast and effective, emergency call out for a burst radiator we couldn't shut off. Bank Holiday Monday bad luck but all sorted. Much appreciated.

After suspected a leaking roof...and getting a roofer in to replace slates and repoint ... realised there was a pipe embedded in the wall! Excavated and identified offending pipe and pin hole leak. Had over a week of buckets and towels and had had enough ....called Dan. Really personable chap who advised on fee's and asked me to prep area. He arrived quickly and soon established his course of action..all explained upfront. The job, luckily, turned out to be reasonably easy. Exceptional service and individual.
