There were a few problems with my AC that needed to be fixed before my family sold our house. It was easy setting up an appointment. They were able to set one up the following day! As long as United Heating & Cooling is around I'll never use anyone else for any of my HVAC needs. They're honest, courteous, and extremely fair in all of their dealings with me. I've used them for my own home and for a rental property I own and they took the time to meet with me and explain all of the options and made sure I would be satisfied with the work they were doing and the price.
For a week, we were without air conditioning. Inside, the temperature was rising and was exceedingly unpleasant. When the United Heating & Cooling team arrived in the morning, the old system was replaced, and the new one was up and operating by afternoon. They were prompt, careful, and quite polite. Mark was amazing! He was quick to reply and able to come take a look at our issues the same day. He helped us understand exactly where the problems were and explained the repairs he was going to do without trying to up-sell us on new products that we didn’t need. Definitely recommend for any A/C repairs!
