There were a few problems with my AC that needed to be fixed before my family sold our house. It was easy setting up an appointment. They were able to set one up the following day! Erick did a great job! He answered all of our questions and was very informative. I cannot thank United Heating & Cooling enough, especially him , about the service provided. As long as United Heating & Cooling is around I'll never use anyone else for any of my HVAC needs. They're honest, courteous, and extremely fair in all of their dealings with me. I've used them for my own home and for a rental property I own and they took the time to meet with me and explain all of the options and made sure I would be satisfied with the work they were doing and the price.
For a week, we were without air conditioning. Inside, the temperature was rising and was exceedingly unpleasant. When the United Heating & Cooling team arrived in the morning, the old system was replaced, and the new one was up and operating by afternoon. They were prompt, careful, and quite polite. I had my AC serviced for summer. They worked with me at a time I was going to be home. They gave me a call and a text 20 minutes before they were coming. Tech showed up on time and was quick to get to work. He answered all my questions and cleaned out the AC unit. In and out in 30 minutes.
