This is a place that feels like it knows exactly who it is and wears it proudly. The texture combinations throughout the Picanha tacos made it as much fun to chew as to delve into the layers of smokey bacon and a bright chimi. The Yuka Aligot was a surprisingly rich and creamy puree highlighted a perfectly tender Asado Negro beef. Adding in the cocktails and for me a THC paloma. This was the best dining experience i have had in quite sometime.
