Outboard arrived DOA straight out of the box. They knowingly shipped out a defective product. They won't replace or exchange it. Very convenient of them to sell a lemon and not show responsability. The repair dealership has yet to be able to fix it. They are working with the manufacturer, since Cumberland has no interest in helping out. Customer service is non-existent.
