I was told I have to wait 6 weeks for a root canal evaluation (before they can even schedule the procedure) despite being referred here for a root canal that my dentist says I need. That will be a total of 16 weeks from the symptom onset to root canal at the earliest. That seems like poor patient care. I’ve had a root canal previously, and I was put on the schedule within a couple days elsewhere. Will adjust review depending on my experience, but so far not impressed.
All the staff were very friendly and professional! We left with the knowledge of what would be done on the next visit with Dr Sadiq.
