Not a friendly place/people to do business with…they’ll make u feel they are the smartest int he whole wide world…no customer relation…:(
This used to be my go to place for parts but they have a representative at the counter that answers the phone with such a poor attitude, like you are hassling him by trying to buy parts. He is uncooperative and unhelpful. He sounds resentful of having to search for part numbers. We've spent a lot of money in this store, but I will not be returning after being treated so poorly.
