I walked in to have a look around and see about buying some items. There were 3 staff people. One outside and 2 inside. None of them greeted me to their store. And after spending nearly 10 minutes inside, none of them said a single word to me. I asked one person who was restocking socks. If he would tell me a little bit more about the shop. He said nothing and ignored me. I am very unimpressed.

Their service, their bikes, and the owner, Mandela, are the best of the best and they deliver you to the C&O Trail and there is no place more beautiful in the fall. have traveled the world, and there’s just something special about that ride from Deale to Cumberland. Go check them out in Cumberland.

Great staff made the e-bike rental experience really easy. Would highly recommend for anyone wishing to rent a bike for riding the C&O or GAP trails!
