Friendly staff and quick service.
Buster, the service technician, was AWESOME! He was courteous and professional and understood my needs and made sure they were met. He explained what was done to my vehicle and made sure I was satisfied before I drove off.
Granted I haven't had any major issues with my Toyota Prius, but I have always had great experiences with getting it serviced at Cumberland Toyota. They are always honest, never upsell and I'm in & out quickly. I live an hour and a half away and still bring it here. They have a comfortable waiting room with wi-fi so I can work while I wait!
My mechanic told me that an issue on my vehicle was likely under extended warranty/recall and that I should take it to the dealership. They were able to fix the issue in a couple of days and everything was covered. I very much appreciate the honesty and the quick and effective work found here.
