The check in folks are super nice at the service center and they are not super pushy about selling you things, but, the wait time for just an oil change and nothing else is horrible. I understand and am grateful that they make sure everything is good and complete however an hour and half for just that is not good.
Buster with Toyota service department was very unprofessional at the time we dropped a vehicle off for powertrain work needing to be done under a bumper to bumper warranty. We told him we spoke with Judy in their warranty department and she has the warranty and everything ready to go for them already. He proceeded to act like they didn’t have a warranty department and Judy was impossible to get ahold of cause she never answers the phone he said exactly.
