Would reccomend to my worst enemy so they could go through the hassle we went through. I do not believe Cumberland title even looked into my home, I think they said it’s fine, collected the money and then let me deal with their mess. Their insurance company even claimed “they had no idea how this was possibly missed” I was sold a home, with a deed to a completely different lot.
