I had spinal surgery there. The staff was horrible. From pre-op to post-op. The staff is not there for patient care.
Staff was pushy and not too personable. Took 2 hours after appointment to have surgery. Not cool.
The Pre-Op staff are terrific, the facility itself is spotless, but my experience yesterday with the PACU department was horrendous. You really need a friend/family member to advocate for your care and safety especially when you've just been under general anesthesia. The PACU staff were inept, uninterested, unsympathetic, and distracted despite very low patient load at the time. The hospital is undergoing a name change to Legent and I pray that the new owners read this and give the PACU staff some re-education on basic patie... read more
