I’ve been going to Cumberland Street Clinic since I was born and the care has always been exceptional. Dr Shelia is wonderful, and the staff are consistently kind, helpful and welcoming. You’re always made to feel looked after. I can’t recommend this practice enough.
Waited 40 min for the nurse for a simple blood test while i heard the nurse laughing and talking and the nurse said he can wait
The doctors are amazing, compassionate and understanding. They all have your best interests at heart and are thorough. The reception staff go above and beyond, with a special mention to Grace, Elizabeth and Kelsey. Thank you ladies for all you do. Debbie in the blood collection is also gentle and friendly. This clinic is genuinely amazing and I am very grateful I have found this hidden gem. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️
Wait time is ridiculous waiting 1.5 hours just to see a doctor
It took ages to find a practice where I felt like an individual. Dr Sumihiri is lovely and the reception staff know the patients. Very welcoming.
