I am very disappointed in a bank that refuses to change American currency . I stoped at the on 27 10 min s to 4 pm . Tbey said was closing ,go to drive through . Where I was flat out rurned away . Wbat is a bank for if not to provide money related services . I was not told there will be a charge which I could have dealt with . But no , flat out refused to change legal American currency ?
