Today was my first time at Cumberland Power Equipment. I was amazed at the service provided. Everyone was friendly and eager to help. Joey who worked on my machine was knowledgeable and even helped me load my machine into my truck. I highly recommend this place to take great care of you
Got a lawn mower tractor May 2024, got told we have warranty and good to go. 2 weeks ago when we tried to turn it on it didn’t work. They came took the tractor and told us “sorry the battery comes defected from factory” ( what about a warning when purchased). They were rude and charges us 450$ for battery and pick up and delivery! What about the warranty?? “Sorry warranty doesn’t cover this” with a very arrogant tone. Never again I will purchase there again. They lied to us when purchase hapenned and warranty.
