Tried to get my elderly relative scheduled after her MD made referral. Called 5 times, left messages and no one had the curtesy to return a call. Good example of how they care.
They treat you like a person and they make you feel like they truly care.
I was disregarded by a incredibly rude staff member that is answering phones for scheduling, I provided all information that was requested via fax from a surgeon and they told me it wasn't recieved, I had our surgeon's nurse fax again and when I called I was told that the doctor still had not reviewed my husband's record and that we possibly weren't in their network, even though I specifically was told our employment insurance was accepted prior to the chaos and hassle of providing them with all of our information.
