This office really needs to reach out to patients because I saw on another website that they are permanently closed. I have been seeing Dr. Bonifield since I was pregnant with my son 32 years ago and if they are closed I would like to have gotten my records! Shame on this practice for doing this to their patients. I loved Dr. B and can't believe he did this.

This office used to be pretty decent, and in the last year or so have become absolutely horrible. They never answer the phones, the phones are always off. I was on birth control and had to miss so many doses and start over so many times because they simply would not answer my calls and my pills would not get refilled. I’m so disappointed right now, I could literally cry. I been here for 15 years now. Through all the changes, through all the doctors, and the location change. I’ve always rescheduled in a timely manner, I never did a no call no show. I come 15 before my appt time, etc. I’ve noticed my appt is on the first snow day so I been trying to call all last week to confirm my appt and nothing. I have been a patient here for 35 years. Showed up for my scheduled appointment today at 2:30, but they were closed. No one answered the phone even though it was during business hours. Called answering service and left my number but no one called me. As far as they know, I am still waiting in the parking lot.
