I purchased a Chevy Trax with cash from Cumberland Motors on 8/30/25 for $19,500 plus taxes, title/license for a total of $21,693.81. The salesperson told us we would receive the title within two weeks. We have been repeatedly told we would receive the title for over three months, but do not have a title. My advice: do not buy a car from these fraudulent people!

Unfortunately they no longer had the vehicle I wanted but Alex was extremely helpful! He explained the whole process to me and even let me know when they were getting more vehicles in. There was a vehicle I liked but he informed me there was a mechanical issue with it and they wouldn’t sell it. I really appreciate the fact they took it off the lot instead of trying to sell it to someone as many other dealers would.

They answered all of my questions thoroughly, didn’t pressure me, and helped me find a great vehicle at a fair price. The whole process — from test drive to signing — was smooth.
