I had some work done on my Subaru here just picked it up today. I got to say it was a great experience and the people there are helpful and nice and offer good advice without coming across as trying to upsell. I don't think upsale is in their vocabulary because they have so much business already. The only thing I would say is you need to plan a little ahead to have any work done, they have cars lined up out the door, and rightly so. Jonathan is their Subaru guy but I'm sure he does all of it. very communicative throughout the whole process, took about 2 weeks to get my car fixed, a name brand dealership quoted my 8k to fix my car and took it here instead and got it fixed for 500.
