My elderly 81 year old mom had an appointment and was 5 minutes late to. There was one person checking people in and was on the phone. She was told they’d be right with her. By the time she was able to talk to the woman checking her in, she was 10 minutes past her appointment time and was told if you are 10 minutes past your time they cancel your appointment. Amazing experience at the Cumberland hospital! Mom and I came in with a fish hook in her arm… very professional and efficient staff in the ER… got us taken care of and on our way… super impressed
They spent 2 million dollars on a kitchen but yet you're not aloud to have a child there. EVIL.
