Emergency room front desk lady is rude and bitter. Even other nurses told me she's rude to everyone. Please make your Emergency room better, the rest of the hospital is alot nicer. Please fire the bitter old people you got at these desks, or atleast say something to them the complaints are alot and common.
leaves you setting way to long looks like they don't have the staff that is needed to run effectively poor Emergency room seen people set for way over 6 to 12 hours that's just crazy they need to step it up
