I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience with Ryan and his team has been incredibly disappointing. We purchased a used lift in late 2024. Upon installation, I noted the lift was set significantly higher than others at our marina. The installer dismissed my concerns, claiming it was "supposed to be that way." As a result, the lift was unusable. By the following season, my wife and I (both seniors) couldn't even get the boat off the lift without help.
