I had my sleep study there a year ago and have been seeing Dr Espebshade ever since. I’ve had no problems. Their instructions and appointment procedures have always been clear.
I had no issues with the place. The VA sent me here because they couldn't get me into the center in Murfreesboro. They were all super nice and the sleep room was clean. I'd have no problem sending someone to them
Stay away! They didn't call me to make an appointment. They just sent a letter in the mail telling me of my appointment in two days that they made for me without asking if I could be there then. I already had another doctor's appointment that day and time as they wanted me there at 3 o'clock in the afternoon for a sleep study ! I don't go to bed at 3 in the afternoon. If they would have called me I could have told them I had another appt. at that time. The VA hospital uses them but this place obviously DOES NOT want veterans... read more
Great visit
What Crizzly Adam doesn't tell you is that he was dropped off at the Cumberland Sleep Center because he does not have a car, so when the center failed to keep his appointment he had to find a way home. His appointment was at 7:30 p.m., by the time he has waited to see if anyone would show up, tried repeatly calling the office he was standing in the waiting room of, checking all the doors and the center's website for more information it was considerably later.
