We purchased our home new 8 years ago and we are the original homeowners. For the past 6 years, we have had constant septic and electrical issues. After many attempts at trying to figure out the issues, it all came down to shoddy workmanship as was stated by the many contractors who had to fix Cumberland Homes' errors. Because of that, the repairs have cost us over $10,000. ******Builders/Cumberland Homes are by far the worst home builders I've ever seen.
We purchased what we thought was going to be our dream home only to find out not even a month into ownership that Cumberland Homes has no interest in standing behind their product. The definition of the word integrity is : the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles; moral uprightness. This is something lost on Mr. ****** and Cumberland Homes Inc.
