Excellent facility in all ways. Our son came home clean, healthy and sober after 5 months - living conditions, therapeutic practice and counseling were all top-notch. Support and family therapy were also excellent, and very helpful.
Arch Academy turned our son’s life around. He was really suffering emotionally and using drugs and alcohol to cope. He was angry ,distant , and very tough to live with. We wanted a rehab that offered schooling so we called Arch for more info. Laura Ezell was informative and comforting over the phone. ARCH was a great second residential treatment program for my son. ARCH offered much more and the staff were extremely engaged with the boys at the Cumberland Heights campus. The focus on the 12 Steps is extremely important to me, and ARCH incorporates the steps in the recovery process. I highly recommend ARCH.
It was a rough beginning but Sherry and the team won my daughter over. She met friends and learned who she is as a person. Family time at the facility was eye opening and very empowering. Great program!
We can’t give ARCH academy a high enough recommendation! Our daughter was in a dark place our family couldn’t reach with addiction and depression. She didn’t want help and was resistant to everything. We knew we were going to lose her if we didn’t get serious help! She was angry and took it out on everyone. She did not want help!
