As a whole everyone has been very kind and attentive. What I’m most happy with is how informative everyone has been. From nursing to the dietary manager and therapy, everyone has been amazing. I can’t say enough about Rita the therapy director, she is very deeply caring. Any time I’ve ever asked for something; it was immediately taken care of. I really love everything here.
I just found out my father had to go to the nursing home. I went to visit him today and I want to say I expected the worse. This place is very nice and clean and the staff were so helpful and pleasant. If you need to put your loved one in a nursing home I suggest you look at Cumberland formally Golden Living.
My family has been living at Cumberland Healthcare for over a year. The staff and therapy she received has been great. I have not had any issues and I am very greatfull since I was very hesitant about putting her in a nursing home. The peace of mind for me is everything!
A Unbearable Neglect and Communication Failures at Cumberland Healthcare I am utterly disgusted and distressed by the treatment my mother has suffered at Cumberland Healthcare located at 512 Winifred Rd, Cumberland, MD 21502.
