Called 911 for my son. Heart was racing and bp was way high. When ambulance got there they came in with nothing to get vitals??? Showed prescribe medicine and told him there was one we didn't start yet that for possible anxiety. The paramedic acted like he was a dr and saying this is what is going on and kept acting pissed off because he was here. My son was also feeling light headed. If I could give no stars and a review, I would...but 1 is the poorest quality of service. Horrible manners, inconsiderate, rude, and argumentative. I hope I never have to deal with this ambulance service ever again. The guy was horrific in every sense and even horrific is being kind. Add...the patient was my mom, and the guy that attended her from the ambulance service was argumentative, rude, didn't seem to like being on the job, and was just a horribly unkind individual.
