I had service from 8/2019 to 7/2025. This yr and last year some months I opted out of their service which I informed them in writing. What did they do? They mailed me several over due bills. I wrote them twice regarding their mistake. I didn't receive a phone call, letter, or email in response. The last letter I mailed I informed them to pick their property up by the end of the month as I no longer wanted their service. Something that annoyed me, to say the least. Worse Company to do business with. Reached out 2-3 weeks ago multiple times for my employee paperwork etc So I can join the military & They just put me on the back burner never reached out or anything. They lady Lehla has a bad attitude anytime you call their phone for information. Please use another company, They are no help at all !!!

You have to continuously prove to them via bank statements that you have paid your bill. They have systems that don’t communicate and don’t exactly hire the best or brightest office personnel when you are trying to figure out where your money went. If you do a special pickup, they will not come and get the items until several weeks past your scheduled pickup date. They will send bills and letters conflicting to one another and when you call to find out what is going on, you will get a different answer each time. FFS this is ... read more

I paying for this service . No leaves pickup.. even you do leave it open. Trash is on the street from neighbors fixing house people leaving couches & also trash in street.I know. you can do what ya can This is ridiculous.🤔

I have been dealing with the company for 16 years. They are always polite. I give them praise for keeping their job. & doing it well. Thank you all for all... being there for us. We need you all too. Keep up the good work.
